Ingredients
Method
- Add the banana, rolled oats, eggs, protein powder, baking powder, almond milk, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until a smooth batter forms, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer the batter to a squeeze bottle or a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Squeeze the batter onto the skillet in a rounded ghost shape, wider at the bottom with two or three wavy points.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes until the edges look set and small bubbles form on the surface.
- Carefully flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until fully set.
- Once plated, use mini chocolate chips to create two eyes and a small round mouth on each ghost pancake.
- Serve warm, decorated and ready for a spooky breakfast.
Notes
One banana and a squeeze bottle you likely already own turn ordinary pancake batter into a shaped Halloween treat for essentially no extra cost.
