Chocolate Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips and chopped almonds evenly over the top.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until fully firm.
  6. Break the frozen bark into pieces.
  7. Store extra pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

This recipe spreads into several bark pieces from one batch, so you get multiple high-protein snack servings from a single tub of yogurt and one scoop of protein powder.
