Method
- Add the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Taste and add a little more honey if a sweeter mousse is preferred.
- Spoon the mixture into two small serving cups.
- Top each cup with mini dark chocolate chips.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve cold.
