Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Taste and add a little more honey if a sweeter mousse is preferred.
  4. Spoon the mixture into two small serving cups.
  5. Top each cup with mini dark chocolate chips.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Serve cold.

Notes

Buy plain Greek yogurt in the large tub rather than individual cups — it's significantly cheaper per ounce and works for both sweet recipes like this one and savory ones too.
