Calories: 380

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon a few mint leaves, or a small drizzle of nut butter

Method

  1. Choose a tall glass, jar, or wide bowl for best visual presentation.
  2. Spoon half the Greek yogurt into the bottom of the glass as the first layer.
  3. Add half the granola over the yogurt, spreading it evenly.
  4. Add half the mixed berries over the granola layer.
  5. Repeat: spoon the remaining yogurt on top, then the remaining granola, then the remaining berries.
  6. Drizzle the honey over the top layer of berries.
  7. Add a pinch of cinnamon, a few mint leaves, or a drizzle of nut butter if using.
  8. Serve immediately if you want the granola to stay crunchy, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes.

Notes

Buying Greek yogurt in a large tub is consistently two to three times cheaper per serving than individual single-serve cups. Frozen mixed berries cost a fraction of fresh and taste identical in a parfait once thawed — keep a bag in the freezer and thaw what you need each morning in a small bowl on the counter overnight. Granola bought in bulk or on sale and stored in an airtight container keeps for weeks and brings the per-serving cost down significantly.
