Ingredients
Method
- Choose a tall glass, jar, or wide bowl for best visual presentation.
- Spoon half the Greek yogurt into the bottom of the glass as the first layer.
- Add half the granola over the yogurt, spreading it evenly.
- Add half the mixed berries over the granola layer.
- Repeat: spoon the remaining yogurt on top, then the remaining granola, then the remaining berries.
- Drizzle the honey over the top layer of berries.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon, a few mint leaves, or a drizzle of nut butter if using.
- Serve immediately if you want the granola to stay crunchy, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes.
Notes
Buying Greek yogurt in a large tub is consistently two to three times cheaper per serving than individual single-serve cups. Frozen mixed berries cost a fraction of fresh and taste identical in a parfait once thawed — keep a bag in the freezer and thaw what you need each morning in a small bowl on the counter overnight. Granola bought in bulk or on sale and stored in an airtight container keeps for weeks and brings the per-serving cost down significantly.
