Method
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Warm peanut butter slightly and drizzle it over the yogurt layer.
- Swirl the peanut butter into the yogurt with a toothpick or knife.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and sea salt, if using, over the top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve straight from the freezer.

Buy a large tub of plain Greek yogurt instead of individual cups — it's dramatically cheaper per ounce and works in savory and sweet recipes alike.
