Ingredients
Method
- Add the frozen strawberries to the blender first.
- Add the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and honey.
- Pour in the milk or water.
- Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and thick.
- Check the consistency — if too thick to pour, add milk or water one tablespoon at a time and blend briefly.
- Taste and adjust — a touch more honey if you want it sweeter.
- Pour into a tall glass immediately.
- Top with fresh strawberry slices and a light sprinkle of crushed graham cracker if using.
- Serve immediately while thick and cold.
Notes
Frozen strawberries cost significantly less than fresh and produce a thicker, colder smoothie without needing extra ice — buy a large bag and keep it in the freezer for smoothies throughout the week. A small block of cream cheese lasts for many recipes in the fridge and the tablespoon used here adds minimal cost while completely transforming the texture. Greek yogurt in a large tub used across multiple smoothie and breakfast recipes brings the per-serving cost down to almost nothing.
