- Add almond milk to the blender first.
- Add banana, protein powder, peanut butter, and cinnamon.
- Add ice cubes on top.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey if you'd like it sweeter, then blend again briefly.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Buy bananas slightly overripe on sale and freeze them ahead of time — they blend into a creamier smoothie for less money than fresh ones.
