Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Add the protein powder, banana, and peanut butter to a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk.
  3. Add the ice cubes and cinnamon if using.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
