Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Add the strawberries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, almond milk, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust honey if a sweeter popsicle is preferred.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully solid.
  6. Run the molds under warm water briefly to release the popsicles.
  7. Serve immediately, or store in the freezer.

Notes

This recipe fills several popsicle molds from one batch, so a single bag of frozen strawberries stretches into multiple high-protein snacks throughout the week.
