Strawberries & Cream Protein Pancakes: A Fresh High-Protein Breakfast Under $2.50

These strawberries and cream protein pancakes bring a light, fresh flavor to breakfast, blending juicy diced strawberries into a creamy Greek yogurt batter for a stack that tastes like a genuine treat. The Greek yogurt does double duty here, adding both a rich, slightly tangy creaminess and a solid boost of protein alongside the vanilla protein powder folded into the mix. Diced strawberries stirred into the batter soften slightly as the pancakes cook, creating little pockets of fruity sweetness throughout, while extra strawberries piled on top finish the stack with fresh color and flavor. A light dusting of powdered sugar is entirely optional, since the strawberries and vanilla already bring plenty of natural sweetness to the plate. With 33 grams of protein per serving, this breakfast delivers real staying power dressed up as something that feels far more indulgent than a typical high-protein meal. At $2.10 per serving, it’s a bright, satisfying way to start any morning.
