No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Energy Bites (10g Protein, No Oven Needed)

No-bake peanut butter protein energy bites — 10g of protein per serving, ready in 15 minutes plus a quick chill, for about $0.70 a serving. This is what’s always in my fridge when the afternoon slump hits. No oven, no mixer, just rolled up and ready — and they taste like cookie dough that happens to hold you over.

  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Notes

Buy old-fashioned rolled oats in bulk instead of individual packets — they’re the base of the recipe and cost pennies per serving that way.
